Program dates: September 12th - October 28th / one day: MWF from 4:15 - 5:15pm / 10 girls/ class
Injury prevention and performance enhancement combined with ball mastery for female soccer players. Group one: 11-13 years / Group two: 14-18 years
PEP movement preparation followed by 45-minutes of strengthening, plyometrics, and sport specific agilities in rotation with a ball mastery course
Designed to address potential deficits in the strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles around the knee, hamstrings, core, ankle, and hips. Athletes will learn to manipulate the Soccer Ball with both feet in control
This course is for the advanced player only:
Previously or currently enrolled in competitive soccer league
3+ years actively playing Soccer
Assessments will be conducted September 12th. Parents will receive a progress report mid- and end of course
